down to the fertile rice fields of Nepal (an unbelievable 4600m descent!)
The main attraction of this journey is a breathtaking stop over at Everest base camp where we will spend a night at Everest base camp and gaze up at the majestic beauty of Everest
The Annapurna Tilicho Lakes Cycle tour takes you into some of the truly remote regions of the Annapurna Himal, and the most beautiful places in the world. Tilicho lake is said to be the world’s highest located fresh water
lake. We start biking from lowland paddy
fields, steadily gain altitude as we pass through oak and pine forests that
eventually give way to the high desert country at Manang (3579m)
Strenuous biking is well rewarded at
both low and high altitudes, on the approach to the Thorung La (17,769 ft)
